Ten years ago, the Rideau Hall Foundation (RHF) was established with a vision to unite Canadians through a shared belief in the power of trust and empathy. As we reflect on the past decade, we have much to celebrate, and we are so excited about the potential of the future we can build together.
To highlight some of our collective achievements over the past 10 years we have launched a new website – 10years.rhf-frh.ca – focusing on our five key areas of impact:
- Making innovation a part of everyday life
- Closing the gap in educational equity
- Strengthening our democracy in a time of threat
- Creating space for young leaders
- Encouraging a more giving nation
This month, we’re focusing on how we’re making space for innovation in Canada. How can we make our communities, Canada and the world better places? We believe that Canada’s culture of innovation is foundational to #IgnitingOurSharedPotential.
From Canadian Innovation Week, to the Ingenious+ youth prize, to the Governor General’s Innovation Awards and the Arctic Inspiration Prize, the RHF is committed to encouraging Canadians to innovate every day.
